Nominations will be accepted across seven categories:
- Novice / Emerging Researcher of the year award
- Researcher of the year award
- Research Support Award
- Research Project Team of the year award
- Translating Research into Practice award
- Health System Transformation award
- Collaborative Delivery Award
Nominations must address the overarching guidelines as well as the criteria relevant to the nomination category to be valid and considered by the judges.
Please ensure you have read the guidelines before commencing your nomination.
Once you have commenced the nomination form, ensure you 'save as you go' to avoid loss of content due to timeouts. You may 'save' at any point within the form to return later by logging back into SmartyGrants. However, once you have 'submitted' the form, you will be unable to make further changes.
Nomination Requirements:
- Please ensure you have read the nomination guideline.
- Each of the category criteria should be clearly addressed.
- Researcher CV/s (no more than 3 pages) to be uploaded where prompted.
- Evidence to support the nomination (no more than 10 pages) to be uploaded where prompted.
- Manager or Head of Department statement of support to be uploaded where prompted (click here for the template)
- Manager or Head of Department statement of support for Collaborative Delivery category to be uploaded where prompted (click here for the template)
- Communications piece summarising the research, health system transformation or collaborative delivery contribution which can be used for publicity purposes.
Please note: Where a Nominator is making the submission, any requirements (eg. CV/s, Manager Endorsement Statement, Communications Piece) that can't be provided by the nominator, will be requested from the nominee as part of their acceptance and validation of the nomination.
